To explore what we are capable of, it’s best to start with the basics. Tank-fermented sparkler, made with the classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
How it’s created
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested separately, whole bunch pressing, cuvées are fermented, then blended, following the Charmat method 2nd fermentation in pressurized tank, aged for 6 months on fine lees
