We have had a passionate relationship ever since we planted the first vines in Etyek in 2001. A variety with a thousand faces that reveals the most of itself at our Pinot Noir Vertical Tasting held in March.
How it’s created
15 months of maturation in 300 and 228 litre Hungarian, French and Austrian oak barrels (30% new)
On the nose
sour cherry, redcurrant, hibiscus, cassis, fresh plum, nutmeg
On the palate
sour cherry, redcurrant, rosehip, cinnamon spiced fresh plum, cassis, cardamom, black pepper
