In regards to the work philosophy, Kúria strongly relies on Hungarian grape growing and wine making traditions and has balanced them successfully with innovations of the 21st century.
Excellent grape production is maintained in the training and pruning of the vines and the diligent care of the vineyards.
The grapes are hand harvested in small crates and are quickly transported to our cool winery. The pressing and fermentation is done to exacting procedures under temperature controlled conditions.
In the case of our white wines we are pleased to apply the reductive winery methods of our age and the traditional small and large wooden barrel wine maturing procedures.
Our red wines are produced exclusively in the traditional manner, in open fermentation boxes, with manual tamping, with maturing for one year in 300 litre Hungarian oak barrels.
