For the two years of ageing, we chose a French oak barrel, made in the François Frères cooperage in Burgundy, which had previously been used for four years for our pinot noir wines.

On the nose: ripe pineapple and yellow fleshed peach, complemented by the freshness of orange peel with a hint of caramelised hazelnut.

On the palate: lively, with orange zest and white pepper spiciness, and a hint of caramelised tropical fruit and toasted hazelnuts thanks to barrel ageing.
