AUTISTIC ART x ETYEKI KÚRIA - SAUVIGNON BLANC BRUT
We’re definitely celebrating the 30th anniversary of Etyeki Kúria and the 20th anniversary of Autistic Art with this uniquely labeled sparkling wine, and we encourage you to do the same, as we’re donating 750 HUF from the price of every bottle to the Autistic Art Foundation, which supports autism-friendly residential homes.
The bottle label was designed based on artwork by Mihály Bálizs, a young man with autism.
The shipping cost of the wines is a gift of Etyeki Kúria Winery in the case of purchases over 25.000 HUF gross.
In accordance with the current waste management legislation, we charge a 50 HUF per bottle return (DRS) fee for our products in our online checkout. Bottles can be returned intact to official collection points in Hungary.
How it’s created
Inspired by the Asti method, Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested in perfectly ripe condition and vinified by fermenting the must in a pressurized tank. The sparkling wine was then aged for five months on fine lees until bottling.
On the nose
The nose teases at first with lemon candy, the core is a combination of white acacia, yellow grapefruit, green apple and freshly grated ginger.
On the palate
On the palate, notes of lemon sorbet set the tone, with crisp green apple, yellow grapefruit juice, fresh ginger, mint and sweet basil, and hints of gooseberry and carambola.
