For the perfect moment
ETYEKI KÚRIA - MÉTHODE TRADITIONNELLE BLANC DE NOIRS
Expertise, time, patience, and terroir behind our elegant bubbles.
Etyeki Kúria Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wines follow the classic tradition of bottle fermentation. Each bottle develops at its own pace, gaining its elegance, creamy texture, and refined character through a long aging process. Etyek’s terroir is particularly well-suited to the language of sparkling wine. The cool climate, crisp acids, and limestone soil combine to provide the freshness and purity that are among the most important hallmarks of great champagnes. There is no room for compromise in traditional sparkling wine production. Only attention to detail, precision, and the belief that the best things take time.
For us, sparkling wine is the realization of a long-cherished dream, and every bubble within it is an imprint of that dream.
The shipping cost of the wines is a gift of Etyeki Kúria Winery in the case of purchases over 25.000 HUF gross.

How it’s created
We fermented the juice extracted from Pinot Noir grapes using whole-bunch pressing. The wine rested for 8 months in stainless steel tanks on the lees, then we bottled it for second fermentation. It was aged in the bottle for 24 months.
On the nose
The wine has a medium-intensity lemon color, with delicate notes of ripe apple, pear, and red berries on the nose, complemented by brioche, toasted nut, and slightly buttery tones.
On the palate
On the palate, the wine offers a vibrant effervescence, with red berries and citrus notes complemented by biscuit and brioche notes. Features a harmonious acidity, a creamy texture, and a long finish, rounded out by a hint of saltines.
Grilled seafood, pasta dishes with truffles, and duck breast served with a fruity sauce.
