We have been eager to join the local winemaker community in proving Etyek’s sparkling wine potential once again. These are our first steps with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and plenty of patience.
The delivery costs of the batches for purchases over 20.000 (twenty thousand) HUF gross are a gift from the Etyeki Kúria Winery.
How it’s created
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested separately, whole bunch pressing, cuvées are fermented, then blended, ageing until spring 2019 then bottled, aged for 25 months
On the nose
white flowers, lemon, white-fleshed peach, yellow apple
On the palate
lemon, lemon pie, yellow apple, saltiness
