The delivery costs of the batches for purchases over 20.000 (twenty thousand) HUF gross are a gift from the Etyeki Kúria Winery.
In accordance with the current waste management legislation, we charge a 50 HUF per bottle return (DRS) fee for our products in our online checkout. Bottles can be returned intact to official collection points in Hungary.
How it’s created
Using the tank sparkling process, the Kékfrankos grapes were harvested at full maturity, and the must was fermented in a pressureresistant tank. The sparkling wine was aged for another three months on fine lees until bottling.
On the nose
Light salmon color, with delicate, creamy bubbles. Very intense fruity notes: raspberry, currant and red berry compote, complemented by a hint of light florality.
On the palate
On the palate, after a soft, elegant foam, we get back the fruits felt in the aroma. The red berries vibrate in the glass, then in the long, creamy finish, a soft creaminess and delicate tartness return. Drink with ice, a fresh experience in every sip.
Food pairing: Cold salads, bruschetta, oysters, smoked salmon snacks, sushi and cheese platters.
